Learn tools to manage your anxiety, negative thinking patterns, and stress response. Set a clear intention with a one on one coaching at start of the 6 weeks. Reflect and revise your plan midway and at closure of program with additional one on one coaching sessions. Build community with weekly zoom groups, and build your personal practice with a plan that works for you.
