For thousands of years Yoga practitioners have understood the profound effect that sound has on our well-being. Yoga has a long history of applying sound to reduce stress, maintain health, and invoke spiritual awakenings.

Students will learn to chant Sanskrit mantras, listen more deeply, utilize chanting as a foundation for pranayama and meditation practices and will learn basic sound healing techniques to balance the Chakras.
