Peace of Mindfulness

Available until

Six weeks of support on your mindfulness journey. Gain tools to manage your stress level and increase your emotional intelligence and moment to moment awareness or presence. Learn tools to manage your anxiety, negative thinking patterns, and stress response. Set a clear intention with a one on one coaching at start of the 6 weeks. Reflect and revise your plan midway and at closure of program with additional one on one coaching sessions. Build community with weekly zoom groups, and build your personal practice with a plan that works for you.
